This class is a must take for all moms in any stage of pregnancy. The class will answer some of these questions: What should I be eating during the 1st, 2nd or trimester? Chemicals and types of food to avoid during pregnancy, Can I eat desserts? How much water should I be drinking? Can I eat food during labor?
